Family-owned La Spiaggia Ristorante, located in the heart of Ocean Shores, WA, serves traditional Italian cuisine made from scratch in a cozy, intimate setting. Chef Doug is classically trained and believes excellent ingredients speak for themselves. Our highly-rated menu changes seasonally and includes local favorites like house-made Gnocchi, Spinach and Ricotta Rotoli, Tiramisu, and Imported Wines.

Our fryer is a dedicated gluten-free fryer. We use gluten-free flour for our breading along with Gluten Free Corn Cereal. 90% of our menu can be made gluten-free per request. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options.
Meet Chef Doug
La Spiaggia's Executive Chef, Doug Cox, is a Le Cordon Bleu classically trained chef who honed his Italian cooking skills in Siena, Italy. He believes excellent ingredients speak for themselves and that good food takes time, and great food takes a little longer. This is why Chef Doug arrives at 5 am each morning to start his sauces. His Bolognaise takes almost 6 hours from preparation to simmering and is used in our Spinach and Ricotta Rotoli, a rolled lasagna, and house-made Ricotta Gnocchi. Chef Doug makes all our dressings and sauces from scratch using fresh herbs and ingredients.
